Chief Executive Officer
Christa Quarles serves as Alludo's CEO and sits on the company's Board of Directors. Joining the company in 2020, Christa is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience leading companies and spearheading financial and operational initiatives. As CEO of OpenTable, she led a period of transformational change, successfully navigating the company’s transition to cloud-based, small business solutions, and drove meaningful bottom- and top-line growth across its global operations. Christa also recently served as an Operating Partner at Advent International. Prior to joining OpenTable, she served as Chief Business Officer of Nextdoor, a marketplace connecting local communities to small businesses. Earlier in her career, she served as Senior Vice President, Interactive Games at The Walt Disney Company, where she led Disney Interactive to profitability. Christa also served as Chief Financial Officer of Playdom, which was later acquired by Disney. Prior to that, she held the role of Partner in Equity Research covering the internet sector at Thomas Weisel Partners LLC (now Stifel Financial).
Christa also currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Affirm and Kimberly-Clark. She received a BS in Economics and German from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Chief Legal Officer & Head of Partnerships
Connie Chen serves as Alludo's Chief Legal Officer and Head of Partnerships, overseeing the company’s legal affairs, regulatory compliance, and business development activities worldwide. Working with a variety of growth and technology companies over her career, Connie brings extensive experience in structuring transactions, product counseling, litigation, M&A, and regulatory matters. With her focus on business development, Connie is committed to cultivating and strengthening Alludo’s strategic partnerships. She is known for her systems-level thinking, structured approach, and passion for building high-performing teams.
Connie joined the company in 2021. Previously, she served as General Counsel and SVP, Legal and Business Development of OpenTable, leading the global teams responsible for the company’s legal, fraud, risk, compliance and business development matters. Prior to her time at OpenTable, Connie spent seven years at Latham & Watkins LLP, where she advised public and private companies, venture capital firms, investment banks, and private equity funds regarding a wide range of matters, including IPOs and other financing transactions, M&A, corporate governance, employee benefits, intellectual property, and SEC compliance.
Connie holds a JD from Stanford Law School, as well as a BS in Symbolic Systems and a BA in Economics from Stanford University. Conversant in Mandarin and a Boston Marathon qualifier, Connie was named in the San Francisco Business Times list of Influential Women 2016.
Chief Information & Data Officer
Grant Parsamyan serves as Alludo’s Chief Information & Data Officer, leading the company’s technology foundations team responsible for data engineering & analytics, cloud enablement, security, and IT management. With an unwavering dedication to customer experience, Grant’s team uses data as its North Star to deliver the platforms that power Alludo’s business. Grant is an advocate for democratizing data within organizations and believes in empowering employees with the information they need to make the best decisions for their customers, products, and business.
With more than 23 years of experience, Grant joined the company from OpenTable, where he most recently as Senior Vice President, Data Science and Analytics. Previously, he held roles in business intelligence and analytics at eHarmony and Yahoo!
Grant has a B.S. in Business Administration / Information Systems from the University of Southern California. He lives with his family in Los Angeles, California.
Chief Revenue Officer
Michelle Chiantera is Alludo's Chief Revenue Officer, leading the company’s Sales and Marketing organization worldwide. With a focus on strategy and operational excellence, Michelle and her team support Alludo's go-to-market initiatives across the company’s full software portfolio with a focus on segmentation, engagement, and a passion for knowing and delighting customers and partners.
Prior to joining the company, Michelle served as Vice President of Americas Growth Marketing and Global Partner, Segments and Industries at Cisco where she led the marketing team responsible for increasing market share and accelerating Cisco’s growth. Building her career at Cisco for over 20 years, Michelle rose through the ranks within the company’s marketing organization in both field and corporate marketing roles, and previously held the positions of Vice President, Global Partner Marketing and Sr. Director, Americas Partner Marketing.
Michelle is known for her advocacy for diversity within the workforce and her commitment to nurturing future leaders within the technology industry. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Marketing from Le Moyne College and lives in New York state with her husband, daughter and their much-loved dog.
Chief Technology & Product Officer
Prashant Ketkar serves as Chief Technology & Product Officer, leading the company's product and engineering operations that drive the continuous evolution and transformation of Alludo's product portfolio.
With more than two decades of experience building and managing software products and cloud services, Prashant most recently served as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product & Engineering at Resolve Systems and previously as Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) at Madrona Venture Labs where he incubated ideas in the robotic process automation space. Prior to this, he held the role of SVP of Product at Evident.io until the company’s acquisition by Palo Alto Networks in 2018. Prashant served as VP of Development at Oracle, setting up the company’s Seattle R&D operations and heading its public cloud infrastructure efforts, and was an early product lead for Azure at Microsoft where he was responsible for core infrastructure services leading to Azure’s launch in 2009. Prashant has also held product roles at Sun Microsystems and Tata Elxsi.
Prashant has a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management. When not working, he can be found tinkering in his fledgling workshop or enjoying the outdoors biking and hiking. Prashant lives in the Seattle area with his wife, teenage twin daughters and father.
Chief People Officer
As Alludo's Chief People Officer, Scott Day’s people-first philosophy emphasizes the power of flexibility and connection to build supportive and high performing teams. With nearly a decade of executive leadership experience, Scott has a demonstrated passion for driving organizational change, shaping culture, and delivering business results in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Scott joined the company from PayPal where he served as VP of Human Resources, Global Product Development & Sales, and led a center of excellence focused on enterprise people analytics, change management, and organizational design. As OpenTable’s Senior VP of People and Culture, Scott played an integral role in scaling the company’s people strategy globally, and was responsible for talent acquisition, rewards programs, learning and development opportunities, and HR information systems. Previously, he held the roles of Head of Global Talent Strategy, Talent Operations, and Business Partners at Airbnb and VP of Human Resources at Yahoo. Scott proudly served as an Officer in the US Marine Corps, and credits much of his unique leadership approach to his time in the military, honoring the importance of trust, duty, and communication throughout his career.
Scott has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. He currently serves as an Advisor to Forma, an employee wellness solution provider, and PeopleTech Partners, a network of business leaders that provide advisory insights to early-stage companies focusing on new and disruptive people technologies. He also chairs the Board of Directors for the Peninsula School for Boys, a progressive, independent middle school designed to address the unique academic, developmental, and social/emotional needs of boys during their middle school years. In his off-work hours, Scott plays bass guitar in a classic rock cover band called The Wood. He lives in San Mateo, California with his wife, three sons, and two French Bulldogs.
